Refund Policy

At Eduni abroad, we are committed to providing our clients with the best possible service and ensuring their satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with the services provided by our company, we offer a refund policy as follows:

  • Refunds will not be granted for any services that are denied or delayed due to the client’s failure to provide accurate or complete information.
  • Refunds will not be granted for any services that are denied or delayed due to the client’s failure to comply with the terms and conditions of the program or service.
  • Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment as the original transaction, within 28 business days of receiving the refund request.
  • There is no refund in case of student cancel their admission plan. 

Refund policies for various services : 

  1. Application Fees:  Refunds will be only granted if the applicant is not eligible for the course. If a student cancels their plan to enroll in a course, application fees will not be refunded.

                   B) Visa fees: in case of visa rejection, eduni Abroad will charge 50 % as an administrative fee of the total Visa fees.

                 C) Flight Fees: the amount will be only Granted in case of not booking of Tkt. once the booking is done, the term & conditions of respected airlines will be applicable.

                  D) Services Charge: services charge will only be refunded in case of failure of providing admission or services to the client. 

                  E) Tuition Fees: Eduni abroad is not responsible for the refund of Tuition Fees, Hostel fees, or other charges if any, University’s terms and conditions will be applied.
