In countries that have a 10+2 pattern, their students can take Admission to a BS-MD course. Generally, BS is of 6 month to 8-month Degree Course. Where MD is a 5.5 Years Course. Like in  “The Ama School of Medicine ” students enrolled for BS-MD courses, and BS-Bachelor in Science 8 months. Whereas MD is five years and a half. Therefore generally BS-MD takes 6.2 Years at Ama School of Medicine, which is equivalent to MBBS in India.

MD( Doctor of Medicine ) – So if any Student, who has completed a bachelor in Science can complete their Doctor in Medicine from the Philippines which is recognised and valid by the National Medical council of India – NMC and equivalent to MBBS in India.
